Return and Cancellation Policy
 All sales are final. We will replace defective or missing items if it is determined that Visions Inc. is responsible under the terms of the original order. Damaged items caused by third-party freight vendors is not covered.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must contact Visions Inc. within 7 days of receipt of order. Once we receive your information, we will promptly get the correct items shipped. If replacement is not feasible, we will refund all or part of purchase price.
